I signed up for these free weekly/daily recipes from Real Simple. I decided it would be fun to try at least one new recipe per week. This week I made a scrumptious spaghetti dish with a dressing made from avocado, Greek yogurt, honey, toasted almonds and sliced cherry tomatoes. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! The dish was way out of my comfort zone, as I had never had anything like this before. I prepared the dish. Hubby, of course, turned up his nose at anything new. I told him to just taste it. Three bowls later we both agreed, it was the best thing we have eaten in a long, long time.

Tonight, I made the spaghetti dish (as the main course) and a side dish of BBQed spare ribs (with a dollop of BBQ sauce). Best meal we have ever eaten in a very long time. Enjoy!
